A recruited customer = an agent who signed up through your link, paid for a subscription, and whose payment was not refunded. Once you reach a new tier, the new rate applies to every new commission from that moment on; commissions already created don't change.
If you don't recruit a new customer for 4 months, your rate drops to the lowest tier (5%) until you recruit a new one. From that new customer on — their own payment included — the rate goes straight back to your tier by number of customers.
The terms in short
- Commission is calculated on the amount paid before VAT, on subscription payments only.
- A commission is approved after 30 days (the refund window). If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled or deducted.
- Payouts go out once your approved balance passes $50, by PayPal or bank transfer.

Questions
How long do I earn commission on each customer?
You earn commission on each customer you recruit for their payments during 12 months from their first payment only. There is no commission on renewals or payments after those 12 months.
How do I get paid?
By PayPal or bank transfer, using the details you save in your affiliate dashboard (you can also choose “Other” and arrange it with us). Our team makes the transfer, and the commissions move to “Paid” in your dashboard. Bank account numbers are never stored on the site; we ask for them over a secure channel before the first transfer.
When do I get paid?
Each commission waits 30 days from the customer's payment (the refund window) and is approved after a review. Once your approved balance passes $50, we transfer it. A smaller balance carries over to the next payout.
In which currency is the commission?
In US dollars (USD). It is calculated on what the customer paid before VAT; payments in shekels or euros are converted to dollars at the rate set in the system.
What if a customer gets a refund?
If the refund happens before the commission was paid to you, the commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next balance.
Do I need to issue an invoice or a receipt?
Before the transfer we'll ask for the documents required in your country and for your tax status (for example an invoice or a receipt). We'll arrange the details with you before the first payout.
How is my commission rate set?
By the number of customers you have recruited: 1–4: 5%, 5–9: 10%, 10–19: 15%, 20–49: 20%, 50+: 25%. A recruited customer is an agent who signed up through your link and paid for a subscription. A customer whose payment was refunded doesn't count.
What happens when I reach the next tier?
From that moment every new commission is calculated at the new rate, including the next payments of customers you brought earlier, within the 12 months in which they earn you commission. Commissions already created keep the rate they had. Your affiliate dashboard shows your current tier and how many customers you need for the next one.
What happens if I don't recruit a new customer for a long time?
If 4 months pass since you last recruited a new customer, your rate drops to the lowest tier (5%) — also on the next payments of customers you recruited earlier, within the 12 months in which they earn you commission. The customers you already recruited still count. As soon as you recruit a new customer, the rate goes straight back to your tier by number of customers, starting with that customer's payment. Commissions already created don't change. Your affiliate dashboard shows a reminder 30 days before the drop.
Do I need to be a paying customer to join?
No. You only need a Nadlaniko account to apply and see the affiliate dashboard.
What if someone clicks several links?
The first link the visitor came through counts, as long as they sign up within 90 days.
Where do I see the numbers?
In the affiliate dashboard in the app: link visits, signups, paying customers and commissions by status.
Which payout details do you keep?
Only non-sensitive ones: a PayPal e-mail, or the bank name, country and account holder. We'll ask for an account number over a secure channel when a payout is due.

Every customer can send a link to an agent friend. After the friend's first payment, you both get credits.
