Draft — pending review by a lawyer. Not binding until the final version is published.
AI does the heavy lifting here. Transparency is part of the product, not a footnote.
1. Staging is always labeled
Every virtually staged image or clip carries a “Virtually staged” label (Hebrew: הדמיה; Spanish: Imagen virtual).
Staging adds furniture, lighting and synthetic people only. It never changes permanent features: walls, floors, windows, views, room sizes or defects.
Original photos are kept and downloadable, so you can show them next to the staged version where the law or your MLS requires it.
2. AI content on social networks
When you post through Nadlaniko, the post is flagged as AI-generated or AI-edited on every network that supports it (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
In the EU, Article 50 of the AI Act requires labeling realistic synthetic content — we label it by default.
3. Voice and likeness cloning
Gallery presenters and characters you create from a description are synthetic characters, not real people.
We clone only the account owner's voice and face, after a consent sentence they read themselves. Consent is stored with a date and time.
You may not upload another person's voice or face, even with their permission, without their own consent process.
Delete your voice and avatar anytime.
4. The script
The script is drafted with AI from your own text, and you approve it before rendering. We filter discriminatory phrasing and ask the model not to add facts that aren't true.
