The product
What exactly do I get?
A 30–45 second reel in 9:16 (plus 1:1 and 16:9): staged rooms, moving photos, a presenter — you in your own voice, or a gallery presenter — walking through the home or in a bubble (depending on your plan), big captions, music, your logo and an end card with your phone number.
I hate being on camera. Is this for me?
It's made for you. Choose a gallery presenter, a cartoon character or one you create — and they present the home for you. Want to appear yourself? One selfie and a 30-second recording, once.
Can I switch presenters?
Yes, on any video. You can even produce the same listing with several presenters and see which one gets more views.
Does the video really look like the home?
Yes. Staging adds furniture and people but never changes walls, floors, windows or views. Every staged shot is labeled “Virtually staged”, and the original photo stays downloadable.
Which languages?
Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Greek. Write the listing in any language and choose the video's language — and a finished video can be converted to another language with credits.
How long does a reel take?
Your part takes a few minutes. Production runs in the background, and the reel appears in your videos, ready to approve, when it's done.
Posting & networks
Where can I post?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok — Reddit is coming soon. Connect once under “Connections” and schedule from “Calendar”.
What is Autopilot?
A posting assistant: for every connected network it suggests a good time to post the reel. You approve or change it, and the post goes out on time.
Will posts be labeled as AI content?
Every staged shot carries a “Virtually staged” label inside the video itself, so the disclosure travels with the reel to every network. We're adding each network's own AI-content flag as their posting tools allow it.
Privacy & consent
What happens to my voice and face?
They're used only to make the reels you order. Never sold, never shared, never used to train models. Delete them anytime in settings.
Can I upload someone else's voice?
No. We clone only the account owner's voice, after a recorded consent sentence. That's a hard rule.
What about tenants in the photos?
Only synthetic people from staging appear in reels. Don't upload photos showing real people without their permission.
Billing & quota questions
Do I also get the video for the feed and YouTube?
Yes. Every video is produced automatically in 3 formats: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, 1:1 for the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn feed, and 16:9 for YouTube and your website — at no extra credits. When you schedule, each network gets the format that fits it.
What are “avatar seconds”?
The seconds where the presenter appears on screen, walking and talking. A typical reel uses 8–12 of them; the rest is the property itself. Lip-sync is included in Professional and Agency; on Starter the presenter appears in a bubble.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial period, but the first 100 agents get their first video on us: one full video of one listing — you inside the property, in your own voice — after verifying your mobile number, no credit card. Once those spots are taken, your first reel is still on us in a light version: up to 30 seconds, the presenter in a bubble and a small nadlaniko.com mark. After that, choose a plan.
What's the difference between a plan and credits?
A plan gives you monthly credits at the lowest price per video and renews automatically. Extra credits (top-ups) are bought once, never expire, and are for subscribers who need more in a busy month or for extras like converting a video to another language.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars, euros or Israeli shekels — you choose on the payment page. Customers in Israel pay 18% VAT on top and receive a tax invoice; outside Israel, no VAT.
What if I run out of videos for the month?
Keep going with credits — and every plan already includes monthly credits: a full video up to 30 seconds costs 100 credits and a video without a presenter costs 50; a 31–60 second video counts as 2. You can also upgrade your plan.
Can I get the video in another language?
Yes. Every finished video has a “Convert to another language” button — 50 credits (100 for a 31–60 second video), and the same video comes out with voiceover and captions in the new language.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Your quota renews every month. On yearly billing the quota is still monthly.
Does switching template or fixing a word count as a new video?
No. Changing template, aspect ratio or a caption word re-renders without touching your quota.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from “Plan & billing” in your account. Auto-renewal stops immediately, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
How does referral work?
Every agent who joins through your link and makes their first payment earns you 50 credits, and they get 50 too. Have a big audience? The affiliate program pays a cash commission instead.
How many videos do a plan's credits make?
A video with a talking presenter (an AI presenter or an animated character, lip-synced) costs 100 credits, and a video with a character in a bubble costs 50. So Starter: 10 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 20 videos with a character in a bubble; Professional: 20 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 40 videos with a character in a bubble; Agency: 50 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 100 videos with a character in a bubble. It's one pool — mix them as you like. Every video is up to 30 seconds and counts as one; a 31–60 second video counts as 2 (200 credits with a talking presenter, 100 in a bubble). A translation into another language is 50 credits (100 for a 31–60 second video).
What is the launch price (Early adopters)?
During the launch period the first 100 agents in each country (by billing country) get the full Starter plan at $139 / month instead of $199. It's a monthly subscription that renews automatically; cancel anytime from your account. The price stays locked while the subscription is active and on Starter monthly; a subscription that was cancelled and ended, a switch to another plan or to yearly billing go back to the regular price. When the spots run out, the offer closes.
Do edits of a finished video cost credits?
Most edits are free. Design, format, music, colours, caption style, end card and shot order: Free; Caption typo fixes (same words, the voice stays): Free; Changing the spoken text — bubble video or no presenter: first 2 free, then 10 credits each; Changing the spoken text — talking-presenter video (the lip-sync is redone): 40 credits each; Re-staging one room: 5 credits each; Regenerating one video clip: 10 credits each; Swapping the presenter — talking, lip-synced: 45 credits each; Swapping the presenter — in a bubble: 15 credits each; A render that failed — retry: Free. up to 20 renders per video per day (fair use). The price is shown before you save. On a 31–60 second video, edits that redo the lip-sync cost twice as much.
How do coupons work on a subscription?
Enter the code on the payment page (or open a link that carries it). The page shows the discount and how long it lasts before you pay: the first payment only, a number of months, or every payment while subscribed. One coupon per subscription. A coupon combines with the launch price only when it is set up to.
