We collect only what we need to produce your videos, and we protect it the way you'd want your listings protected.
1. What we collect
Account details: name, email, phone and brokerage name.
Content you upload: listing photos, texts, a selfie and voice recordings.
Usage data: videos created, scheduled posts and basic technical data (IP address, browser type).
2. Biometric data: voice and face
Your voice recording and selfie are used to create a cloned voice and an avatar. Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law Amendment 13, this may count as “information of special sensitivity”.
So we ask for explicit, recorded consent stored with a date and time; we use it only for the videos you create; we never sell it, share it for marketing or train models on it.
You can delete your voice and likeness anytime in settings. Deletion includes a deletion request to our processors.
3. Who we share with
Processors acting only on our behalf: AI providers (script, voice, staging and video), hosting, payments, and posting to the networks you connect.
Each processor receives only what its step needs and is bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
4. Users in the European Union (GDPR)
Legal bases: performance of contract (the service), consent (voice and likeness) and legitimate interest (security and improvement).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EEA rely on approved mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. After closing an account we delete content within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).
You can request a copy or deletion of your data through the contact page.
6. Accounts whose subscription lapsed
If a subscription isn't renewed, the property pages go offline 30 days after access lapsed, and the data is kept for 12 months from that date. 30 days before deletion we e-mail you a link to download a copy of all your data.
When the period ends we delete the files (photos, videos, recordings), the properties, the CRM contacts and leads and the personal data in the account. We keep only what the law requires: billing records, payments and invoices, and the sign-in details needed to contact us about them. Every deletion is recorded in the audit log.
You can download a copy of your data at any time from the billing page in your account, even while the subscription is inactive.
7. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest for network access tokens, least-privilege access and an audit log for admin actions.
8. Your rights
You may access the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send a request to info@signals.co.il from your account's e-mail address and we will reply within 30 days.
