Terms of service

1. The service

Nadlaniko lets real-estate agents create marketing videos from listings — including scripts, virtual staging, photo animation, an avatar in the user's voice, captions and social-media posting.

Parts of the service rely on third-party AI providers. Results may vary; always review a video before posting it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login details and all activity in your account.

One account is for one person. In a brokerage, each agent needs their own account.

3. Content you upload

You confirm you have the right to use the photos, texts and listing details, and that the owner has agreed to the marketing.

You may not upload another person's voice, image or likeness. Voice and likeness cloning is only for the account owner, after documented consent.

You keep the rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process it only to provide the service.

4. Prohibited use

Don't create misleading content — for example altering permanent features of a property (walls, views, size), showing staging without a label, or claiming things that aren't true.

Don't use the service for discriminatory, abusive or infringing content.

5. Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically every month or year to the payment method you saved. Prices in Israel exclude VAT.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account; auto-renewal stops and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation of a transaction is handled under the applicable consumer protection law, where it applies.

Credits are bought as a one-time payment and are deducted when you create a video, convert a video to another language or create a presenter. The credits a video uses depend on its length: a video up to 30 seconds counts as one video, a 31–60 second video as two; the price is shown before you create it. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded.

No refund, in whole or in part, is given for unused credits — including credits included in a subscription (monthly or yearly) and credits bought separately — or for a yearly subscription paid in advance, including where the subscription is cancelled during the paid period, the Service is not used or is used only in part. Cancelling a yearly subscription only stops its automatic renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid subscription year. Returning credits to your account when a generation fails, as described above, is not a monetary refund.

The Service is intended for business use by real-estate agents, brokerages and professionals in the field. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law, including a statutory right to cancel a transaction under consumer protection law, where it applies to the purchase.

6. If a subscription isn't renewed — what happens to the account

If a renewal payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period: everything keeps working, except new videos, until the payment goes through.

When the grace period ends, or when the paid period of a canceled subscription ends, the service is reduced: the AI chat, Google Calendar booking, pixels and the other paid features are switched off. The account stays open — you can sign in, see all your data and renew. Your property pages stay live, and visitors can still leave their details, which reach your CRM.

30 days later your property pages go offline: the link shows “this property is no longer available” with the agent's card and a contact form, and the agent page shows a minimal card. We e-mail you 7 days before and again on the day.

Your data is kept for 12 months from the date access lapsed. 30 days before deletion we e-mail you a link to download a copy (properties, clients and CRM, leads and the original files). When the period ends we delete the files and the personal data in the account; billing records and invoices are kept as the law requires.

Renewing at any point before the deletion restores everything in one step: the pages we took offline go live again (pages you hid yourself stay hidden), and the AI chat and paid features come back. The durations above are the defaults; if they change, this document will be updated.

7. Launch price — Early adopters

During the launch period we offer the Starter plan, billed monthly or yearly, at a reduced price (the “launch price”) to a limited number of new members in each country — by default the first 100 accounts per country, by the billing country given at payment. The plan is identical to the regular Starter plan in everything it includes.

Billed monthly, the subscription renews and is charged automatically every month at the launch price until it is cancelled. Billed yearly, an amount equal to twelve months at the launch price less a 15% discount is charged in advance in a single payment, and the subscription renews and is charged that amount automatically at the start of each further subscription year until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page of your account; the next charge will not happen and the plan stays active until the end of the period (month or year) you paid for. An amount paid in advance for a subscription year is not refundable, in whole or in part, as set out in “Payment and cancellation”.

The launch price — monthly or yearly, by billing cycle — is locked for as long as the subscription stays active and on the Starter plan. A subscription that was cancelled and has ended, a switch to another plan, or a new subscription after one has ended are charged at the regular price at that time. A cancellation undone before the paid period ends does not end the subscription.

The launch price is given once per account. A spot counts as taken from the time of payment, and a later cancellation does not free it. When the spots in a country run out, or when the launch period ends, the offer closes to new members only — existing subscribers keep their price as described above. Prices in Israel do not include VAT.

8. Coupons

A coupon code gives the discount and the discount period shown on the payment page before you pay: the first payment only, a number of months, or every payment while the subscription is active. When the discount period ends, the subscription is charged at its price without the discount.

One coupon per subscription. A coupon may be limited in time, number of uses, plan or country, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A coupon combines with the launch price only when it is explicitly set up to; otherwise it does not apply to it.

9. Generated and published content — your sole responsibility

All content created through the service — videos, scripts, texts, captions, visualizations, voices and likenesses, landing pages, posts, messages and the answers Nadlaniko gives to prospects (the “Content”) — is created at your request, based on your materials, information and instructions, and under your control. You are the creator and publisher of the Content, and sole responsibility for it, for its accuracy and lawfulness, and for any use or publication of it rests with you alone.

Nadlaniko is a technology tool only. We do not edit, review, approve or supervise the Content before it is created or published, and we are not your advertiser, broker, representative or agent. Every publication — manual, scheduled or via Autopilot — is made in your name, from your accounts and according to the settings you chose.

Before any publication you must review the Content and ensure that it is accurate, not misleading and compliant with all applicable law — including the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law, 1996 and its regulations, consumer protection and advertising law, copyright and rights in likeness and voice, privacy protection, the prohibition of discrimination, and the rules of social networks and listing platforms.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected results. We do not warrant that the Content will be accurate, complete, unique, lawful in any country or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for the consequences of its use.

10. Nadlaniko and your prospects and clients

The answers Nadlaniko gives to prospects on the property page and in conversations are based solely on the information you entered and are provided in your name. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for any price, representation, promise or commitment given to a prospect, including meetings and viewings that were scheduled.

We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction, negotiation, brokerage agreement, meeting or engagement between you and clients, prospects, property owners or any third party.

As for the details of prospects and clients collected for you — you are the owner of that data and are responsible for compliance with privacy protection laws, including obtaining consent and sending marketing messages. We process the data on your behalf only, in accordance with your instructions and the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers and platforms — AI providers, social networks, calendars, payment and hosting services. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes to their rules or prices, or for account blocks, reach restrictions or content removals by them.

12. Indemnification

You undertake to indemnify and hold harmless Nadlaniko, its owners, employees, partners and suppliers against any damage, loss, claim, demand, fine or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from content created or published through your account, from materials you uploaded, from answers or information provided in your name, from a breach of these terms or of the law, or from a third-party claim — immediately upon our first demand. We will notify you of any such claim and allow you to defend against it.

13. Content removal and suspension

We may, but are not obliged to, remove content, stop a publication, disable a landing page or suspend an account if, in our opinion, the content or the use breaches these terms, the law or the rights of others. The fact that we have not removed content does not constitute approval of it and does not impose any responsibility on us for it.

14. Limitation of liability

The service and all content created through it are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage — including loss of profits, clients, transactions, data or goodwill, account blocks or content removals on social networks, and third-party claims — arising from the service or from content created or published through it.

In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, subject to mandatory law in the user's country.
