A complete and honest list of what this site stores in your browser — and why. Nadlaniko's own site has no analytics or marketing cookies; on listing and agent pages the agent may add their own pixels, which load only after you allow them.
1. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar, but it is never sent to the server — it stays on your device.
2. What we store
Everything in the table is either necessary for the site to work or remembers a choice you made yourself, so it is active without consent.

3. Analytics and marketing
On listing pages and agent pages, the agent may add their own measurement and advertising tools: Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram), Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They load only after you allow the matching category — Google Analytics under analytics, the others under marketing. The agent is responsible for how the data they collect is used.
These tools set their own cookies (for example _fbp, _ga, _gcl_au, _ttp, li_fat_id) for as long as each provider decides, usually up to two years. Without your permission none of them loads.
4. Changing your choice
Every page has a “Cookie settings” link at the bottom, where you can allow or withdraw each category. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
5. Legal basis
