From listing photos to a finished reel: a step-by-step guide
Got photos and a listing text? Here's how to turn them into a finished, scheduled reel in Nadlaniko: presenter, design, length, format, language, staging and posting.
What you need before you start
Less than you think. A reel in Nadlaniko starts from material you already have: the photos of the property and the text of the listing. If you want to present the home yourself, you'll also need a selfie and a short voice recording — made once, and reused for every listing after that.
Phone photos are fine. Shoot in daylight, keep the phone level, and take at least one wide shot of every room. You don't need a videographer or editing software.
- Photos of the property — 8 to 15 is the sweet spot
- The listing text as it is, even pasted from a portal or a chat
- Optional: a daylight selfie facing the camera, and a 30–60 second recording with a consent sentence
Step 1: the property and the language
Paste the listing text as it is. Nadlaniko turns it into a short script that opens with a hook. If you have quick details — deal type, city, price, rooms and size — add them. They help get the on-screen facts right.
Then choose the video's language. The description can be in any language; the video comes out in the one you pick, from nine: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Greek. Finally, choose who the video is for: buyers, as a marketing reel for social media, or the property owner, as a video you send before the meeting to win the exclusive.
Step 2: photos, order and staging
Upload the photos and drag them into order. Put the strongest shot first, because that's your opening. Then mark the rooms that are empty. Nadlaniko furnishes them and adds people, and every staged shot carries a “Virtually staged” label in the video. Staging never changes walls, floors, windows or views.
The photos are enhanced for light, color and sharpness, set in gentle camera motion, and joined with smooth walk-through transitions from room to room — as if you're walking through the home with a camera in your hand.
Step 3: who presents
This is the choice that changes the feel of the reel the most, and there are several options:
For the voice, use your cloned voice, record now, upload a recording you already have, or use the presenter's voice. Not sure which presenter works best for you? Make the same listing with two different presenters, post them under the same conditions, and compare.
- You: from your selfie, in your own voice, walking and talking through the rooms, lip-synced
- A gallery presenter: a professional digital presenter with a matching voice, in all nine languages
- Your own character: describe it in words, realistic or cartoon, and it's saved to your account for every video
- In a bubble: your photo in a live circle at the bottom of the screen, no lip-sync, same voice — the property gets the whole frame
- No presenter: just the property, voice-over and captions
Step 4: design, length and format
Pick a design — from huge karaoke captions to quiet luxury — and switch it later if you like. Choose the main format, but know that every video is produced in all three: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, 1:1 for the feed, and 16:9 for YouTube and your website.
For length, choose between 15, 25–30, 40–45 and 50–60 seconds. For a standard listing reel we recommend 25–30 seconds: enough for a hook, the best rooms and the key facts, and short enough that people watch to the end. Keep 15 seconds for teasers, and the longer lengths for large homes or a full tour.
The music is our own original music, cleared for every network. Sound effects — whooshes on transitions, pops on facts — can be turned off. Captions appear word by word in the video's language, and your logo and phone number close the reel.
Step 5: review, generate, adjust
Check the details on the review screen and press Generate. The video is ready in a few minutes, and you can close the page meanwhile. Afterwards you can still change the design, the format, the music or a caption word, and the reel re-renders. Need the same reel for another audience? Convert it to another language: same footage, new voice-over and captions.
A small tip: watch the finished reel once with sound and once without. If it's clear on mute what the home is, where it is and what makes it special, it's ready to post. If not, fix a caption word or change the shot order and render again.
Step 6: schedule it
Connect your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts once. Then pick a date and time in the posting calendar, or let Autopilot choose a good time for each connected network. Every network gets the format that fits it, and every post goes out with a caption, hashtags and a link to the listing's page — where buyers can ask questions and book a viewing that goes straight into your calendar.
That's the whole flow. The first time takes a little longer because you set up your selfie, voice and accounts. From the second listing on, a new reel is mostly photos, text and a few choices.
