Billing, limits & payment
What is a credit?
A unit of production. A lip-synced video up to 30 seconds costs 100 credits, a bubble video 50, a translation 50, a floor-plan reel 160 or 100. A 31–60 second video counts as 2 videos: twice the credits (a floor-plan reel adds one more video). Every plan includes monthly credits: 1,000 on Starter, 2,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Agency.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing stops without you knowing. You get a heads-up at 80% and at 100%, and the app shows exactly what's left. When credits run out you can buy extra credits or upgrade. Landing pages, the bot and the CRM keep working.
And other limits — pages, conversations, users?
When you reach your plan's live landing pages, users or calendars, the app offers an upgrade. When the month's chatbot conversations run out, the bot keeps answering in basic mode and collects details — it never goes dark.
How does annual billing work?
You pay 12 months upfront at a lower price, and your credits still reset every month — you don't get the whole year at once. Unused credits don't roll over.
What if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period. Landing pages, the bot and the CRM keep working; only new productions wait until the payment goes through. After 7 days the subscription is paused — your data is kept.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes, from the billing page. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period — your data is kept. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period; upgrades immediately.
VAT and invoices
Customers in Israel pay in shekels plus 18% VAT and get a tax invoice for every charge. Outside Israel the price is final, with no VAT.
How do I pay?
In Israel by card through SUMIT, in shekels. Everywhere else through Paddle, in dollars or euros, which also handles local taxes. We never store your card details.
Is there a free trial?
The first 100 agents get their first video on us — a full video with your face and voice, for one listing, no credit card. There's no trial period; after that you choose a plan, and can cancel anytime.
I'm an existing customer — does my price change?
No. Existing customers keep their plan's price and terms. You can move to a new plan anytime from the billing page.
How many videos do a plan's credits make?
A video with a talking presenter (an AI presenter or an animated character, lip-synced) costs 100 credits, and a video with a character in a bubble costs 50. So Starter: 10 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 20 videos with a character in a bubble; Professional: 20 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 40 videos with a character in a bubble; Agency: 50 videos up to 30 s with a talking presenter, or 100 videos with a character in a bubble. It's one pool — mix them as you like. Every video is up to 30 seconds and counts as one; a 31–60 second video counts as 2 (200 credits with a talking presenter, 100 in a bubble). A translation into another language is 50 credits (100 for a 31–60 second video).
What is the launch price (Early adopters)?
During the launch period the first 100 agents in each country (by billing country) get the full Starter plan at $139 / month instead of $199. It's a monthly subscription that renews automatically; cancel anytime from your account. The price stays locked while the subscription is active and on Starter monthly; a subscription that was cancelled and ended, a switch to another plan or to yearly billing go back to the regular price. When the spots run out, the offer closes.
Do edits of a finished video cost credits?
Most edits are free. How do coupons work on a subscription?
Enter the code on the payment page (or open a link that carries it). The page shows the discount and how long it lasts before you pay: the first payment only, a number of months, or every payment while subscribed. One coupon per subscription. A coupon combines with the launch price only when it is set up to.
